(Societ\u00e0 Italiana Traforo del Gran San Bernardo S.p.A.) has equivalent responsibilities for the southern stretch of the tunnel and its approach motorway on the Italian side.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Italo-Swiss company SISEX SA (Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Italo-Suisse d\u2019Exploitation du Tunnel du Grand-Saint-Bernard), in which the two concessionaires have an equal share, is in charge of the division of revenue and promotional activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>TGSB SA (Tunnel du Grand-Saint-Bernard SA) was founded in Martigny in 1958. The principal shareholders are the Cantons of Vaud and Valais and the Municipality of Lausanne.
