SISEX SA is equally owned by the two concessionaires: SITRASB S.p.A<\/a>.(Societ\u00e0 Italiana per il Traforo del Gran-San-Bernardo) based in Saint-Rh\u00e9my-en-Bosses, Italy and TGSB SA<\/a> (Tunnel du Grand-Saint-Bernard SA) based in Bourg-Saint-Pierre, Switzerland. The role of SISEX SA<\/a> is largely commercial (Marketing) and administers the division of revenue between the two concessionary companies. It also deals specifically with matters pertaining to prices and special offers.
