The Italo-Swiss company SISEX SA (Société Italo-Suisse d’Exploitation du Tunnel du Grand-Saint-Bernard), in which the two concessionaires have an equal share, is in charge of the division of revenue and promotional activity.

TGSB SA (Tunnel du Grand-Saint-Bernard SA) was founded in Martigny in 1958. The principal shareholders are the Cantons of Vaud and Valais and the Municipality of Lausanne. The remaining shares are divided among the other French-speaking cantons of Switzerland, a number of municipalities and other economic and tourist organisations of western Switzerland.
